Did You Know Rena Teel?
Alabama Heritage writers are working on an article on Rena Teel (Irene
Vansandt, married to B. R. Teel), the Alabama fortune teller. We would
love to hear from anyone who knew Mrs. Teel or has stories about her.
We are particularly interested in finding photos of her. We would also love to hear from relatives, people who
knew her personally, and people who had readings done by her. If you
have any information or photos of Mrs. Teel, please contact Assistant
