Online: To view details of an item, click on the product image or title. Add an item to your order by selecting the quantity and options (if applicable), then clicking the “Add to Cart” button. View your entire order at any time, change quantities, or remove products from your basket by clicking the “My Cart” link at the top of the page. When you have finished shopping and want to place your order, click the “Checkout” link  in the center of the “My Cart” page. You will be prompted to enter your billing and shipping information as well as select a payment option. Once you have placed your order, you will receive an order confirmation email.

Creating an account: You can create an online account with a password. This makes your future online ordering much quicker since your account holds your name along with your shipping and billing address information. You also have the option of storing your payment information, but this is not required. You may also skip this step and place your order without an account.

For online ordering, we accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.
For phone or mail orders, we accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, personal and institutional checks, and money orders. Products will be shipped upon receipt of payment.

Shipping & Delivery
Shipping within the continental United States: We make every effort to ship your order quickly. Please allow up to 2 weeks for delivery of items in stock. Items ordered together are not necessarily shipped together. If there will be a delay in shipping, you will be notified. We ship all of our products UPS Ground or FedEx Ground, so please supply us with a street address (no P.O. Boxes) when ordering.

Overseas and Canadian shipping: If you reside elsewhere or would like to ship an order outside the United States, we would be happy to assist you. Please contact us for exact shipping charges and delivery information. Foreign orders must be paid in U.S. funds and will be charged appropriate shipping expense.
