When I was first hired in 2022, the Alabama Heritage team sat down to discuss our hopes and goals for the magazine. We had big dreams, and we knew it would take time to make those dreams a reality.
Two years later, I am unbelievably excited to share Alabama Heritage’s latest endeavor: our brand-new website! Not only does the new site offer all the high-quality content that we’ve always offered, but we can now do so much more with art, audio, and video.
Beginning in March, I began migrating to our new website platform—and what a rush it was learning more about our state’s history. As the only employee not originally from Alabama (Go Navy!), it was truly a learning experience while building this new website.
