Lawrence Krumenaker, PhD, is author of two books on Lafayette, Nine Days Traveling (on his Alabama Tour) and From River to River (on his Georgia tour), among other historical travelogue books. Krumenaker also writes about astronomy, its science, public outreach (on science and education), and historical sites. His books are available at Hermograph Press. A long-time traveler, he has lived in nine states and two other countries, visited many more, and does presentations at sites away from his current location a few miles from the Federal Road in Macon County, Alabama.
