To Order
Online:
To view details of an item, click on the product image or title. Add
an item to your order by selecting the quantity and size (if applicable),
then clicking the "Add to Basket" button.
View your entire order at any time, or remove products from your basket,
by clicking the "Basket Contents" link at the top of the
page.
When you have finished shopping and want to place your order, click
the "Checkout" link
in the top right hand corner of the page. You will be prompted to enter
your billing and shipping information as well as select a payment option.
Once you have placed your order you will receive an order confirmation
email, provided you have given us your email address.
Creating
an account: You can create a simple account with a password. This
makes your future online ordering much quicker since your account
holds your name along with your shipping and billing address information.
(Credit card information is not stored.) You also have the
option of skipping this step and placing your order without an account.

Fax your order to 205-348-7473. To insure you receive the correct
items, please provide us with all item details along with a telephone
number where we can reach you in case of any backorders, out-of-stocks,
etc.

For
online ordering, we accept Visa, MasterCard, and Discover.
For phone, fax, or mail orders, we accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover,
personal and institutional checks, and money orders. Products will be
shipped upon receipt of payment.

Shipping
& Delivery
Shipping
within the Continental United States: We make every effort to
ship your order quickly. Please
allow up to 2 weeks for delivery of items in stock. Items
ordered together are not necessarily shipped together. If there
will be a delay in shipping, you will be notified. We ship all of
our products UPS Ground so please supply us with a street address
(no P.O. Boxes) when ordering.
Online
customers please note: We are now able to add applicable
shipping charges at checkout. No additional shipping will be added during
processing.
Overseas and
Canadian shipping: If
you reside elsewhere or would like to ship an order outside the
U.S., we would be happy to assist you. Please contact us for exact
shipping charges and delivery information. Foreign orders must
be paid in U.S. funds and will be charged appropriate shipping
expense.

credit card number, name, and address, is encrypted with Secure Sockets
Layer (SSL) technology. It cannot be read as it travels over the internet.
Our secure pages have a URL address that begin with "https"
instead of "http," and the "security" icon on your
browser window will appear as a yellow, closed padlock

Please note: email is not encrypted, and is not a secure means
of transmitting credit card numbers or other personal information.

addresses available to related organizations, we will not share
